Tilt shift maker is a handy way of creating fake miniature photos that look like you were in a model village or something.

Kind of cool but to be honest, I got bored rather quickly ;-) Anyway here's two of my photos that I used that I thought were ok-ish.

Fake Miniature Dublin

Dublin, Tilt-Shift

Fake Miniature Paris

Paris, Tilt-Shift

Wow, that's easy. I spent about an hour in photoshop doing the same thing once. could probably do it slightly quicker now i know more what Im doing though.

Wow. They are way cool Kevin, especially the Parisian shot. That really does look like a model village right there.

Gorgeous. I have to go and try this now.

Oh this is so cool! I don't have any good town shots to play with but I loved yours. Excellent :)

dan... yeah I was reading about this and you can do the same thing with lenses too.

jonathan... if you do try it I'd love to see your results so can you let me know?

penelope... yeah it is pretty cool actually, you don't have to just use town shots, anything with vivid colours would probably work.

Look at these fabulous little images! I pictured a wee mini me, waltzing down O'Connell Sraid south toward the Liffey, heading to ... oh, what is the name of the area with all the little clubs and pubs? Old narrow little streets... anyway. Dublin was cool and I loved it. Did you ever do the Literary Pub Crawl?

cath... no we didn't do the Literary Pub Crawl, we stayed in the Temple Bar district and visited a number of pubs around there. Didn't really stay long enough to cram it all in ;-)
