I'm really really loving Flickr Galleries. None more so than the rather splendid Red Dust gallery from Tom Coates showing some pics from the amazing dust storm to hit Sydney.

I think this one from Highranger is my favorite:

I'm just an awe of those photos. Really amazing. I would have love to have been there to see the dust storm in person wouldn't you?

My brother just moved to Sydney a week ago. From our jabber history:


Bri: Hey ... You in the middle of this dust storm on the news?
Dan: Yea. I woke up, and it was orange.

He has a view of the famous opera house from his high-rise apartment, so he was seeing what many, many photos captured.

jake... oh I would love to have seen it. Regardless I would love to visit Sydney. Australia is on my bucket list of places to visit ;-)
