Insomnia = Lost
I woke up at 2:30am last night and found myself wide awake. So obviously, as you do, I took that opportunity to watch the last 6 episodes from season 5 of Lost. I'm now all caught up and ready. Ready for what you may ask? Well...
Remember kids, the final season of Lost begins on February 2nd. And good lord do they ever have a lot of work to do to tie up all those loose ends. They already had enough of them hanging out there without adding some Jacob death and that darkshirt/non-Locke bloke into the mix.
I'm going to reserve judgment on the series as a whole to see how well they end the wild ride we've been on for the past few years. If they manage to pull it off* I'll venture that Lost was one of the best things on TV ever. We'll see.

I forgot to tell you: it's entirely YOUR fault I'm addicted to that show. My wife even makes fun of me!

I never got into Lost. I tried. But for some reason, it never grabbed me. I guess you could say I was lost on Lost.
marty... did you try and get into it from the first season or did you jump in mid-series? Lost is one of those shows that you need to watch from the beginning, watch all the episodes, and not blink for a second. Plus if you do all that, there's the added bonus of still not being entirely sure what's going on. Which is half the fun of it ;-)
I'm excited! I watched every episode in a row from season 1-5 over the course of however long it takes to do that with a few sleep and poo breaks in between. Unemployment had its privileges.
I think in the series finale we're going to find out that the entire course of events was part of a computer program, and all of the people involved are really asleep in pods where their energy is being farmed by machines. That would probably be a good idea for a movie plot. God, I'm a genius!
hhc... you know, watching the episodes back to back make us really spoiled. It's going to suck having to wait a week between each episode. Hey you might be onto something with that movie plot idea. You rock.
