With Depeche being my favorite band of all time, it's really hard to separate these later albums and listen without bias. There are a couple good songs to be had among the later albums if I'm honest. But I'd say Playing The Angel was truly the last good consistent album they made.
They're only bad comparatively speaking. Try to think of them separate from the "good ol' days" and you can listen with more enjoyment.

Ultra and Playing The Angel were good. All the others range from mediocre to mediocre.
