The screen capture was taken with OS X's built-in tool (shift-cmd-4). The ruler was provided by PixelStick — http://plumamazing.com/mac/pixelstick — one of those tiny utilities that I seem to always have running because they're so damn useful. :-)
Another great photo Kevin. Good choice to go with b&w. The horizon is slightly off though, could do with a slight rotation in post-processing.
