Run For Your Life

About 10 years ago I used to get up early and go running every morning. I stopped after I injured a knee tendon and since then have done precisely nothing. I started again about a month ago albeit indoors on a treadmill. It's slow going but I have my eye on the Phoenix 10K in November.

    I had one brief period of running back in 99, and basically nothing since. Until I started again last year from literally zero. Now run 2-3 times a week, mixing it with cycling. Got a real-life 10k run this weekend.

    I've really been embracing Strava throughout this.

        Cheers Kevin. It went well. Got a good PB (48:31). It's nice to have someone to actually race against/pace myself against. I started with a Couch to 5K app back in September and haven't looked back. Good luck getting up to speed with yours!
